As one year ends and another begins it is common for people to take stock and reflect on the ending year as well as set goals or intentions for the year ahead.

2020 has been quite a year – one that many are eagerly looking forward to ushering right out the door.

For all of the bad things of 2020 – some good things did come from the year that shouldn’t be overlooked!

The globe was decimated by a novel coronavirus – but with breakneck speed science delivered not one but two vaccines in record time!

Millions were forced to shelter-at-home and many reconnected with family and friends virtually. Folks got very creative learning to do and share most things using video conferencing platforms like Zoom and Skype.

Millions picked up new hobbies, many completed those long put off home improvement projects.

The Washington Post put together 20 Good Things That Happened in 2020 and we wanted to share it.

Here at SunStar, we will gladly say goodbye to 2020, the year that took our beloved friend and colleague, Sue Bryant, then sent us all packing and scrambling to set up home offices.

It’s been a long and strange year and we’re hopeful for a better year in 2021.

Wishing you a peaceful New Year,

Your friends at SunStar Strategic
