- Friendliness towards your customers
- Honesty in how your company presents itself
- Depth beyond color and typography
Main reminds us that this brand is about connection - it's about your customer, not you, "give them enjoyment, a belief, and trust in what you do and a reason to make themselves better at what they do. This creates experiences, which, in turn, create memories."
